No finished 3D data was available for the 3D animation. Instead, real cable excerpts were provided. Small physical samples formed the basis for the entire project.

Based on these patterns, each cable was completely remodelled. Layer by layer, a digital image of the real construction was created. Conductors, insulation materials, shields and outer protective layers were precisely reconstructed.

This process required technical understanding, accuracy, and a trained eye for detail. Material thicknesses, transitions and proportions had to be interpreted precisely and realistically implemented. The result was a model that is not only visually convincing, but also reflects the actual construction.

Make invisible structures visible

Modern high-performance cables consist of complex combinations of materials. Different conductor geometries ensure optimum power transfer. Special insulation layers protect against heat and environmental influences. Shields minimize electromagnetic interference.
